Alaska board advances broad cannabis rule changes and higher purchase limits

Alaska’s Marijuana Control Board advanced proposals covering employee samples, advertising, minors on parts of licensed premises, packaging and inventory tracking, while supporting doubled concentrate and edible purchase limits. The proposals still require legal review and public comment, but they give Oklahoma operators a useful comparison for evolving sampling, marketing and transaction controls.
