Bipartisan House Bill Would Bar Federal Hiring Penalties for Past Cannabis Use

Representatives Jamie Raskin and Zach Nunn introduced the CURE Act to prevent federal agencies from denying jobs or security clearances solely because of past marijuana use. The proposal could widen the federal talent pool and is another benchmark Oklahoma cannabis employers can use when reviewing legacy drug-use policies.
