Colorado wholesale cannabis prices fall as cultivator count contracts

Colorado’s September forecast shows wholesale flower prices down 10.6% year over year in the third quarter while licensed cultivators fell more than 14% in the second quarter. Oklahoma operators face similar mature-market pressure and can use the data as a benchmark for pricing, capacity planning and consolidation risk.
