CRS says FDA cannabinoid lists remain unpublished before hemp deadlines

An October 28 Congressional Research Service analysis says FDA has not published the cannabinoid classification lists and container guidance required by federal law. With restrictions on non-naturally occurring cannabinoids beginning November 12, Oklahoma hemp operators face unresolved classification and packaging questions and should inventory synthetic or converted inputs now.
