Delaware cannabis sales hit a record while licensing delays constrain the market

Delaware adult-use sales reached a monthly record of $5.6 million in July, but only 13 converted medical dispensaries are operating and none of the 30 authorized retail-only stores has opened. The gap shows Oklahoma operators how zoning, financing and delayed store launches can suppress legal-market sales even when consumer demand is growing.
