Delaware enacts licensed THC-beverage channel with dose, tax and testing rules

Matt Meyer signed HB 373, creating a licensed channel for nonalcoholic hemp-derived delta-9 beverages with 10-milligram single-serve limits, required testing and packaging standards, designated retail channels and separate per-container taxes; most provisions take effect Oct. 21.
