Eight FDA cannabinoid information-sharing agreements expire October 31

FDA records show 20 agreements for confidential cannabinoid information sharing with state and territorial regulators, including eight scheduled to expire October 31. Oklahoma operators should note that cross-agency exchange of commercial, enforcement and preliminary regulatory information is becoming part of cannabis oversight even though Oklahoma is not listed among the current agreements.
