Illinois governor urges Congress to let intoxicating hemp restrictions take effect

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker included allowing the federal intoxicating hemp restrictions to take effect on Dec. 11 in his post-election policy agenda. Oklahoma operators should treat the position as a sign that some regulated-market governors will oppose another delay and should review inventory and product exposure before the deadline.
