Kentucky Medical Cannabis Rollout Reaches 23 Operating Dispensaries

Kentucky reported 25,209 approved patients, more than 490 certifying practitioners and 41 operating medical cannabis businesses, including 23 dispensaries, as the state crossed the halfway point in its retail rollout. Oklahoma operators can use the paced launch as a nearby benchmark for patient-to-store ratios, supply ramp timing and early wholesale demand.
