Maryland Authorizes Sublingual THC Pouches and Revises Packaging Rules

Maryland rules effective September 14 created a regulated category for sublingual THC pouches, removed the requirement that cannabis packaging be plain and expanded child-appeal restrictions. The product-format and packaging changes give Oklahoma manufacturers a concrete comparison for serving limits, warnings, universal symbols and brand-design compliance.
