Maryland proposes cannabis rules on renewals, advertising, training and sales

Maryland regulators proposed amendments that could block renewals for unpaid taxes, require more ownership-transfer records, formalize advertising-audience proof, replace vendor training and prohibit sales of expired or noncompliant cannabis. Comments are due September 30, and the package gives Oklahoma operators a practical checklist of compliance areas other states are tightening.
