Massachusetts warns adult-use retailers that online discount ads remain prohibited

Massachusetts regulators clarified that Chapter 65 did not authorize public website or online-menu advertising of adult-use discounts, and inspectors will continue citing terms such as sale, special, percent-off and strike-through pricing. The bulletin gives Oklahoma operators a transferable compliance warning: pricing changes and bundles may be allowed while promotional presentation, including third-party marketing, can still trigger enforcement.
