Missouri moves dispensary curbside pickup into formal rulemaking
Missouri regulators filed a proposed amendment to 19 CSR 100-1.180 that would allow dispensary curbside pickup while requiring prepaid remote orders, identity visibility, camera coverage, designated spaces and one customer transaction per agent; comments are scheduled for Sept. 1–Oct. 1. Oklahoma dispensaries can use the neighboring-state proposal as a compliance blueprint for any future off-premises handoff model, particularly around surveillance, restricted-area inventory and customer verification.
