Montana cannabis sales pass $250 million as medical demand continues to fall

Montana retailers generated about $249.2 million through September, up 2% year over year, as adult-use sales grew 4.3% while medical sales fell 15.7%. The split gives Oklahoma medical operators a useful benchmark for how patient-market demand can contract even as total regulated sales rise.
