Future Nutra Foundation purchased 21 hemp-derived delta-9 THC beverages and sent matched batches to three ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs; only four landed within 90%-110% of label claim, 12 delivered less than 80%, and one tested at 119%. Oklahoma hemp beverage manufacturers and retailers should treat the findings as a quality-control and labeling risk signal, particularly because some retail-shelf results did not match manufacturer-linked certificates of analysis.
