Nevada proposes broad cannabis changes for curbside sales, testing and packaging

Nevada regulators proposed two rule packages that would loosen curbside-order restrictions, revise advertising and packaging rules, standardize licensing requirements and change laboratory and inventory procedures, with a public hearing set for October 15. Oklahoma operators can use the drafts as a comparison point for compliance simplification, terpene attestations and testing oversight in another mature market.
