Ohio's legal cannabis market generated an estimated $1.05 billion in 2026 sales through October 10, while cumulative medical and adult-use sales reached $4.43 billion. Adult-use purchases made up about 86% of this year's market, giving Oklahoma operators a benchmark for demand migration, product pricing, and retail scale in a newer recreational market.
