Oklahoma edible cannabis packaging changes take effect Nov. 1
Oklahoma House Bill 4454 now bars medical cannabis edibles shaped like people, cartoons, animals or commercial candy and requires packages to state total THC servings and THC per serving. OMMA says processors may not transfer noncompliant products on or after Nov. 1, while dispensaries may continue selling compliant inventory transferred before that date.
