The Oklahoma Attorney General says investigators searched Dank Dispensary and Ontrac Express in Bristow over suspected sales without required identification or an OMMA patient card, arresting two people and seizing marijuana products. A separate Tulsa action at Black Purple Kush Dispensary produced more than 1,000 alleged fentanyl pills and 118 pounds of processed marijuana, underscoring that patient-card verification, inventory controls and segregation from non-cannabis controlled substances remain immediate enforcement risks for Oklahoma retailers.
