OMMA clarifies scope of Blue Collar Criminals Collective flower recall

OMMA says only products in which batch BIS091326-2 was mixed with a failed batch are recalled; unmixed products from that batch remain unaffected. Oklahoma licensees must use the agency's product list and new Metrc recall flags to remove affected inventory, notify downstream businesses and patients, and complete required disposal.
