OMMA recalls BCC Legacy flower and adds Metrc recall alerts

OMMA recalled Biscotti and Smores Gelato flower from Blue Collar Criminals Collective after yeast and mold testing failures. Oklahoma licensees must remove affected inventory, notify downstream businesses and patients, and use the new Metrc warning symbol and administrative recall alert that OMMA will apply to future recalls.
