OMMA says last Solos Extract inspection found facility nonoperational

OMMA said its most recent inspection of Solos Extract Company LLC found the business nonoperational and found no evidence of illicit activity before the fatal Sand Springs explosion. The agency said it has shut down or filed administrative cases in at least 4,000 other instances when inspectors identified suspected illicit activity or public safety threats.
