OMMA says processors and dispensaries share responsibility for HB 4454 packaging and labeling compliance for products packaged or labeled on or after Nov. 1, when the agency will begin enforcing restrictions on child-appealing, cartoon and candy-like imagery and shapes. The agency also said it will reject the prior Affidavit of Lawful Presence form and warned operators to verify architectural seals, giving licensees immediate inventory-intake, renewal-file and vendor-control work.
