OMMA sets November 1 cutoff for HB 4454-compliant edible packaging

OMMA clarified that processors may not transfer products after November 1 unless their labels, shapes and packaging comply with HB 4454, including restrictions on child-appealing designs and candy likenesses. Dispensaries may continue selling inventory received by October 31 under the prior rules, while OMMA inspections will begin enforcing the new law November 1.
