Oregon grower admits adding kief to samples to inflate THC results

An Oregon settlement says Cold Frame supplied kief for addition to regulatory samples, overstating batch potency and making the samples unrepresentative; the producer accepted responsibility and agreed to surrender its license, subject to commission approval. The case is a direct warning to Oklahoma growers and laboratories that sample integrity, full-batch availability and representative testing controls can carry license-level consequences.
