Pennsylvania medical cannabis sales reach $10.4 billion as prices keep falling

Pennsylvania reported $10.4 billion in program-to-date medical cannabis sales, 439,124 active patient certifications and 200 operating dispensaries as of September 1. Retail flower averaged $7.32 per gram and wholesale flower $2.22, giving Oklahoma operators another mature medical-market benchmark for patient growth, pricing pressure and store density.
