San Diego County approves expanded commercial cannabis policy

San Diego County supervisors approved zoning and regulatory changes for cultivation, distribution, manufacturing, microbusinesses, retail, events and testing in unincorporated areas, with the policy taking effect in 30 days. The rollout gives Oklahoma operators a transferable example of how local governments pair market expansion with buffers, inspections, fees and outdoor-cultivation limits.
