Sand Springs explosion suspect arrested over second alleged illegal facility

KOCO reports that Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics agents arrested Ryan Bassham after he bonded out in the Sand Springs explosion case, alleging he operated a separate illegal marijuana facility near Kellyville. The second arrest expands the enforcement exposure from one fatal facility incident to alleged operations at another site.
