The Senate voted 61-32 to table Sen. Ted Budd’s amendment and then passed H.R. 6500 by 90-6, retaining a one-month extension to Dec. 11 for most federally restricted hemp products while synthetic cannabinoids remain scheduled for Nov. 12.
