Senate appropriators released a continuing-resolution package that would postpone most Section 781 hemp-definition changes from Nov. 12 to Dec. 11, while letting exclusions for cannabinoids incapable of natural production take effect on schedule. The measure has not passed and the House version lacks the provision, but Oklahoma hemp-product businesses should track it as a possible 29-day compliance extension rather than treating it as current law.
