A federally funded survey of 1,023 recent THC consumers found dispensary staff were the most trusted general information source, scoring above friends, healthcare providers and government agencies, although medical-use questions favored clinicians. Oklahoma dispensaries should treat staff education, claim controls and referral boundaries as core risk management because consumers may act on employee guidance as readily as formal health information.
