Ten-Year Study Links Medical Cannabis to Sustained Opioid and Pain Reductions

A 10-year observational study of chronic low back pain patients found medical cannabis use was associated with large, sustained reductions in opioid use, pain intensity and disability, although the authors cautioned that the design cannot establish causation.
