Two California cannabis manufacturers plan more than 100 layoffs

CraftForce Services, CannaCraft’s manufacturing arm, plans nearly 60 layoffs, while NorCal Cannabis Co. plans about 49, as California’s licensed cannabis sales recorded a third straight annual decline to $3.9 billion in 2025. Oklahoma manufacturers operating in another contracting market should treat the cuts as a warning to right-size production footprints and labor plans around current sell-through rather than boom-era demand.
