UK Regulators Advance First CBD Novel-Food Authorizations

The UK Food Standards Agency board backed three high-purity CBD applications linked to roughly 3,000 existing products, sending final authorization recommendations to ministers in England and Wales. Although outside the U.S., the decision gives Oklahoma CBD manufacturers a useful model for ingredient-level approvals, contaminant specifications, daily-intake limits and mandatory warnings.
