UPS sets December 11 total THC documentation rule for raw hemp

UPS will require raw hemp shipments starting December 11 to include a certificate of analysis or test results showing no more than 0.3% total THC by dry weight, including THCA. Oklahoma hemp shippers should update testing, documentation and fulfillment controls before tendering plant material to UPS.
