Utah medical cannabis sales reach a monthly record of $17.9 million
Utah reported $17.9 million in October medical cannabis sales, lifting the first ten months of 2026 to about $166.4 million, 14% above the comparable 2025 period. Vape products led sales and active patients reached 118,238, giving Oklahoma operators a useful product-mix and patient-growth benchmark from another medical-only market.
