Virgin Islands clears first commercial cultivator and revises draft hemp sales rules

The Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board removed a proposed 7 p.m. cutoff from draft intoxicating-hemp sales rules, allowing licensed retailers to follow normal business hours, while regulators confirmed the territory’s first commercial cultivator may begin operating on St. Croix.
