Virginia Expands Enforcement Against Illegal High-THC Hemp Sales

Beginning November 1, Virginia can pursue illegal sales of ingestible or inhalable products above state THC limits under its taxpayer-fraud and consumer-protection laws. The added penalties and private-action exposure provide Oklahoma hemp and cannabis sellers a transferable warning about potency documentation, product classification and retail-channel compliance.
