Virginia launches anonymous cannabis violation tip line ahead of adult-use sales

Virginia regulators launched an online form and phone line for anonymous reports of unlicensed sales, diversion, illegal advertising, illegal delivery, counterfeit products and sales to minors as the state builds toward a July 2027 adult-use launch. The category-based intake system is a transferable enforcement signal for Oklahoma operators: regulators are making public complaints easier to structure, document and route, increasing the need for auditable advertising, inventory, delivery and age-verification controls.
