Illinois adult-use cannabis sales top $1.05 billion through September

Illinois retailers sold $1.052 billion of adult-use cannabis across 42.25 million products in the first nine months of 2026, including $118.6 million in September. Product volume rose while average spending per item softened, giving Oklahoma retailers a useful benchmark for demand growth under continued price compression.
